Open Settings → About and include the Version shown there, your iOS version, what you expected, and what happened. Do not send private records unless they are necessary and you choose to share them.

Restore Pro
Open Settings → Just Knock Pro → Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. Apple handles payments, refunds, and purchase history.
Your records
Just Knock stores records on your iPhone and has no developer cloud copy. Review your Apple device-backup settings before deleting the app or moving to another iPhone.
